"To live completely, wholly, every day as if it were a new loveliness, there must be dying to everything of yesterday, otherwise you live mechanically, and a mechanical mind can never know what love is or what freedom is."

-Jiddu Krishnamurt

Spring Retreat: April 21| 1- 4 pm

One of four contemplative programs that reflect the theme of "Reclaiming Our Nature" and use the seasons- Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall- to celebrate and mark transition periods in our lives, this series of meditative rituals will draw on the beautiful natural surroundings of the gardens and our own human nature to practice being present through awakening our senses.       Does your practice feel uninspired lately? Or perhaps you feel you may not be receiving the full potential of your yoga practice? Private sessions can help deepen your practice. I will guide you in this process by providing hands-on adjustments, visual body-mapping, more nuanced technique in breathwork, and perhaps spiritual inspiration or support.

Depending on your current needs, I can customize a series of yoga therapeutic classes to optimize your health, reduce your reaction to stress, deepen your understanding of the yoga sutras and principles of alignment, and enliven your prana through breathwork.

Private lessons are offered at a studio location or at your home or office. I also offer Corporate classes and Private Yoga parties. Below is the price breakdown. Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
